• Smoking is limited to the outside areas only.  No cigars please.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Check in time is after 2:30 pm ~ Check out time is 10am.  We would greatly appreciate a phone call 2 days prior with your estimated time of arrival.
• On your day of arrival you will be required to meet with the resort manager for an informational talk on the rules of the resort.
• A $50 refundable deposit will be taken by the resort manager for all resort amenities.
• The required deposit is 50% and non-refundable (no exceptions).  Payment may be made by cash, check, money order, Visa and Master Card.  A 7% tax will apply.
• A security deposit will apply.  Amount determined by length of stay.

• You will be responsible for any damages that occur during your stay.
